Warm up: 50 body squats, 25 spiderman lunges, 25 push ups
Workout - as little rest as possible
- 30x Assisted pull ups
- 50x Deadlifts (60 kg/132 lb)
- 50x Alternating side medicine ball push ups
- 50x KB snatches (8kg/17.6 lb)
- 50x Box jumps (20”)
- 50x Windwipes (30 kg/66 lb)
- 30x Assisted pull ups
I woke up and got a text about a coffee date at 9 am which I gadly accepted - unfortunately that interfered with my am cardio. I didn’t realize how addicted I’ve actually gotten to it. I ended up being able to squeeze it in an hour later and WOW, what a mindless 6k outside run will do to your day. Everything is perfect. Tonight is chest and I can’t wait to hit it hard, arrrrgh.

Spending 4 hours travelling does not get your mood up, at all (even if it is to see the face of a soon to be 4-year old cutting up his massive smartie rainbow cake).Β 
I said “no thank you”, but I’ll admit a few of the left over smarties found their way to my tummy.
But I got picked up at the station by a very handsome man who had also gotten me a new workout shirt to brighten my mood!Β

New Balance, I cannot wait to wear this baby for my battle-rope session this morning.
Furthermore the rest of my Saturday night was spent experiencing Nando’s for the first time (chicken and salad, yum) and yoghurt-icecream followed by bowling. It is the best feeling ever when one is not the worst in a bowling game.Β
Cons: I did not work out
Pros: I did a shitload of walking, and technically this was the only day this week not spent at the gym.

Yesterday I got the opportunity to train with a Personal Trainer, a bodybuilder and a fitness model. We did arms. I felt so unexperienced. It was awesome.

Because of my intense training my metabolism is sky-high luckily but if it’s going to continue this way I need to make sure to train like a beast and eat super duper clean when I’m not out on adventures to different restaurants and similar. I REFUSE to stop my progress now that I’ve come so far this year.
